Suresh Wadhwani

CFO - APAC, CEO - India

Suresh Wadhwani is a seasoned professional with over 34 years of strong finance and business management experience. He has worked with reputed multinational companies such as Nokia, Kathrein APAC, Nokia Seimens, JCB, and Bharti Infratel.

He is an expert in the fields of Finance, M&A, Treasury, Governance, Legal, Commercial and HR functions. His diverse expertise and experience have made him remarkedly insightful. His deep insights and vision are helping IntelliStride scale new heights.

As CEO India, Suresh is responsible for putting together and driving a long-term strategy for the growth of the Company, as well as handling matters relating to operational and service excellence in India. As CFO for the IntelliStride Group, Suresh manages and overseas the entire financial operations.

Apart from this, Suresh is a consulting CFO for a start-up company in Canada. He is also involved in an Angel investing syndicate in India where he actively participates in new start-up investments.

Suresh is a Chartered Accountant and a Law graduate by education.

Narasimha Kandade

Director – Head of Sales

Narasimha Kandade has worked with Kathrein India for more than two decades; of which the last 5 years as 'Director and Country Head'. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing Kathrein’s performance in the entire South Asian market which included India, Sir Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal & Maldives. Working closely with the other leadership in the company, he played a crucial role in ensuring that Kathrein is well positioned in each of these key markets for continued growth.

Narasimha was instrumental in delivering innovative technology solutions in the broad set of key verticals such as Mobile Communication, Broadcasting, Satellite Television, IoT and building digitalization.

He has successfully led sales and solution teams to serve leading telecom companies such as Airtel, Idea, Ericsson and Nokia. With significant contribution to sales, strategic direction and driving operational efficiencies, he is one of the key architects of company’s business growth.

Francis D’Cruz

Head of Sales - APAC

Francis comes with almost 30 years of Business Management, Consulting and Sales experience in the Asia Pac region. His career started in Finance and switched to consultancy in Enterprise Business Applications such as SAP, Microsoft, Epicor, Salesforce, SCM and others. With the highly evolving Business Software consulting industry, he led several key projects including one with Ernest & Young to deploy a new system for a large Petro-Chemical industry merger.

He held several management positions in Nasdaq and SGX listed companies before co-founding a business solutions consulting company. After five years, he moved on to start-up a new consulting company that grew to 5 regional offices in Asia Pac within ten years and achieved many industry awards.

With the full range of experiences at all levels of the business, he joined Intellistride and is working on a growth path for the IoT suite of solutions in the region.

Sanjay has been instrumental in leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Cloud Computing, AI/ML, 4G/5G, and IoT to drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage. His pioneering efforts include introducing blockchain technology to telecom, steering India's shift from SMS to USSD, and building a self-sustaining technological ecosystem valued at $130 billion.

A visionary strategist, Sanjay excels in scaling businesses, forging global partnerships, and delivering exceptional financial results. Having held leadership roles at DEC/HP, Nokia, IBM, Mavenir, and Spaceworld - RANext, Sanjay has also contributed significantly to startups like RANext, which focused on Digital Out-of-Home solutions and Fibre-to-Home services. He continues to shape the future of ICT with innovation and operational excellence.
